AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) is a crucial aspect of elevator maintenance and operation. It is essential for ensuring the Safety, Compliance, Performance, Cost Savings, and Legal liability of elevators. It is highly recommended for customers to have an AMC in place for their elevators to ensure that they operate safely and reliably.
Our AMC Program includes the following key maintenance activities:
Routine Inspections Elevators are inspected regularly to identify any issues or potential problems. Inspections can include checking elevator components such as motors, brakes, safety switches, and control systems.
Lubrication
Elevator components such as bearings, gears, and other moving parts require regular lubrication to ensure smooth and efficient
Cleaning Elevators
